Parents who wish to withdraw their child/children in between the academic session (June to April) should give an advance written notice of withdrawal before 3 months, else fee for the following 3 months will be charged . Also, parents who wish to withdraw their children at the end of the academic year session will have to give an advance written notice on or before 31st May of the calendar. In such case fee will be charged only upto May. 3 months advance notice or fee in lieu of, will be charged if any parent wants to withdraw his child after 31st May. Such notice should be given by the person responsible for the pupil and not the pupil himself.
