We wish to inform you that the School Parents’ Day for students from Std: VIII to XII which was earlier scheduled to be held on 13th October 2007 has been rescheduled to 8th October 2007. The schedule for Std: IV to VII remains unchanged on 6th October 2007. You are requested to kindly make note of the same.

We are happy to convey you that the Academic Session for the year 2007-2008 has commenced on 11th June 2007 and the Hostel and School is functioning smoothly, from the day one.
All the old students and the newcomers have got settled with their academic schedule and hostel schedules. The students are enjoying the academic activities and also the counseling part since they are being taken care of, by the well trained and highly qualified Teachers and Professionals.
We are enclosing herewith the List of Holidays, Parents Day and Schedule of Exam and Unit Test, which may please be kept with you very safely for information throughout the year.
Please note that you can meet your ward on the specified days and Holidays only. However, in case of any emergency, you are requested to contact the Management or the undersigned and get prior permission. Entry to the Campus will be allowed only after obtaining prior permission and the visiting time shall be from 9.00 A.M. to 10.30 A.M.
The parents can have telephonic talk with their wards once in a week as pe0r the schedule given below:

Hope this finds you all in good cheer and best pink of health and also that you are having a nice time with your ward.
Please note that the classes for STD.IV to XII for the next academic session 2007-2008 shall commence from 11th June 2007(Monday) and all the children are required to report in our Campus on 10th June 2007(Sunday) between 9.00 A.M.to. 3.00 P.M.positively, without fail.
IT IS NECESSARY THAT REPORTING HAS TO BE DONE ON THIS SPECIFIED DAY AND TIMINGS GIVEN, STRICTLY.
(1) FEE:
(a) Hostel & School Fee: US $ 3,000/- : The Cheque should be drawn in favour of “SHREEVALLABH SEVA KENDRA”.
For the convenience, you can pay the 50% Hostel Fee in the month of June 2007 and the balance 50% in the month of October 2007,without fail.
(b) Personal Exp.Account: US $ 300/- : The Amount for the Personal Exp.Account of your ward has to be paid by Cheque drawn in favour of “SHREEVALLABH SEVA KENDRA”. This is towards items such as textbooks, stationery, prescribed medicines, coaching, excursion, uniform and other personal requirements, which shall be made available at and, after the commencement of each term.
In case if there is a credit balance, the Demand Draft can be arranged for the balance amount only.
Please note that all the Cheque should be separate and drawn as per details given above and NO CASH will be accepted in any of the above accounts. On the reverse of the Cheque, you are required to write the name of your ward, Std.and Hostel No. by PENCIL.
2) ITEMS:
You are required to bring all the required items as per the list attached herewith and each and every item should indicate the Hostel Number, invariably, for easy identification. The size of the Bag should be 30” X 20” and the Baggage should be without any lock

As you are kindly aware, your ward had already appeared for the Annual Examination in STD.VIII, IX & XI and later on, on their passing in the Annual Examination, they are at present, attending the classes for STD.IX, X, & XII. respectively. The ongoing classes shall get over on 4th May 2007 and summer vacation shall commence from 4th May 2007.
You are requested to visit our Institution to pick up your ward on 4th May 2007 (Friday) between 3.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M. Please extend your valued co-operation to adhere to the above time schedule.
The summer vacation shall commence from 4th May 2007 to 10th June 2007 (Sunday) and shall re-open for the next academic session 2007-2008 on 11th June 2007 (Monday) and all the Hostel Students should report back at the Campus on 10th June 2007, before 5.00 P.M.sharp.
In the meanwhile, we invite your kind attention on the following points:

We are enclosing herewith the details of expenditure incurred by your ward as on 31st March 2007 and wherever there is a negative balance, the parents should pay the same during their visit on 4th May 2007 by cash. We have been observing that in the recent past, many parents insisted the need for using the Uniform material of the previous year. However, please note the children at this age, are in advanced growth and therefore, it is essential that the uniform befitting their actual physical condition is made available. Over and above, it is imperative for the Institution to maintain its fame and name and also utmost cleanliness of the students. There has been a number of foreign visitors to our Institutions in the past and this will ensure a clean image among them of the students as well as the Institution and hence the neat and clean cloth criteria has to be maintained at all level.
The Management has been negotiating with the Uniform suppliers for a very reasonable and competitive rate for the same and ensuring top most quality. Finally, we have arranged the uniform material from M/s.S.KUMAR MILL directly. Please note that the cost of the Uniform will be deducted from the respective students’ personal expenditure account.
Soon after commencement of the academic session, we shall also provide 3 pieces of Games T-Shirts to the students and the cost thereof, will also be deducted from the personal expenditure account of the wards.
3) FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2007-2008.
Please note that due to enormous increase in the operational cost and also enhancement of salary to the staff members, we are constrained to go for a marginal fee increase of US $ 500/- from June 2007 .
Accordingly, we would request you to kindly arrange to pay the Hostel & School Fee of US $ 3,000/- along with US # 200/- which is towards the Personal Excp.Account. The Cheque can be prepared combined for a total US $ 3,200/- drawn in favour of “SHREEVALLABH SEVA KENDRA”, and send to us on or before 31st May 2007.
In case any parents would like to withdraw their wards from our Institution, the required written request should be given to the Management on or before 31st May 2007. On request received after 31st May 2007, we will be charging 3 months Hostel & School Fee from the date of School Leaving Certificate, as per the prevailing rules and regulations of our Institution.
We would earnestly request you to extend your kind co-operation. |

There has been a number of foreign visitors to our Institutions in the past and this will ensure a clean image among them of the students as well as the Institution and hence the neat and clean cloth criteria has to be maintained at all level.
The Management has been negotiating with the Uniform suppliers for a very reasonable and competitive rate for the same and ensuring top most quality. Finally, we have arranged the uniform material from M/s.S.KUMAR MILL directly. Please note that the cost of the Uniform will be deducted from the respective students’ personal expenditure account.
Soon after commencement of the academic session, we shall also provide 3 pieces of Games T-Shirts to the students and the cost thereof, will also be deducted from the personal expenditure account of the wards.
3) FEE STRUCTURE FOR 2007-2008.
Please note that due to enormous increase in the operational cost and also enhancement of salary to the staff members, we are constrained to go for a marginal fee increase of US $ 500/- from June 2007 .
Accordingly, we would request you to kindly arrange to pay the Hostel & School Fee of US $ 3,000/- along with US # 300/- which is towards the Personal Excp.Account. The Cashier Cheque can be prepared combined for a total US $ 3,300/- drawn in favour of “SHREEVALLABH SEVA KENDRA”, and send to us on or before 30th April 2007.
In case any parents would like to withdraw their wards from our Institution, the required written request should be given to the Management on or before 31st May 2007. On request received after 31st May 2007, we will be charging 3 months Hostel & School Fee from the date of School Leaving Certificate, as per the prevailing rules and regulations of our Institution.

PS: The parents are requested to collect the gate pass first, then pay the fee, collect the uniform material, in a systematic manner, with patience and then collect the ward from the Dormitory by producing the Gate pass to respective Warden/Matron. |
